They offered cheaper electricity, an offshore call center it seemed. Asked first whether I was aware that my electricity bill had increased by thirty percent, and then he inquired as to which provider I was using. I questioned how he could have been unaware of the 30% rise in my power bill. He started becoming belligerent and loud, and after I told him I didn't appreciate the way he was talking to me, he hung up.
