   Constant unknown calls over the past 5 days from six different mobile numbers prefix: 0488
   Assuming they are just scammers/telemarketers, I have not answered any and no vmails have been left. 2 of the 6 numbers I noticed I had previously blocked on my home as My phone didn’t ring, I just received an Optus ‘missed call text’.

   Variants of this 0488 number are calling me on a regular basis. I never answer and have left them a pleasant message if they want to talk to me. Never leave a message. Some sad people around doing this.

   Call numerous times from several numbers - answered twice and they immediately hung up. Most times they didn't leave a message. Sometimes they did leave a message and said, "Hello, am I speaking with Pearl?"

   Claimed to be from Telstra re my internet connection changing channels...very heavy Indian acent, and difficult to understand. Wanted details about my modum. I hung up after getting bored.

   Had 7 calls over the last 5 or 6 days. Only started happening after I switched over to Telstra, so not sure if that's part of the problem.

    Getting about 3 x 0488 number calls per day. Block each one. It hangs up if you answer.

    I’m getting about five calls a day from prefix 0488 - never answer an unknown caller ID. The call number are all a variation on the 0488. Blocked them but seems pointless, they come up with another number. Oh and NEVER leave a message. This has been going for about a week at this rate.

    Many calls from this number - bypasses straight to missed call.
    I have deleted about 30 numbers - keep getting the call backs.

    I get constant calls from different numbers all with 0488 prefix. It is controlled by Pivotel Mobile Satellite Connections company trying to get subscribers.

    Left a voicemail with a robotic woman's voice: "You missed the last notification" - Obvious scam or something, so I didn't wait around to finish the voicemail. Immediately blocked the number.

    Keeps calling so I ended up blocking them, but they keep coming up with new numbers beginning with 0488 to keep spamming me.

    They call numerous times; morning noon and night, even public holidays. As its a foreign number to me i do nit pick up,but they never leave a message. Which always makes me suspicious of who it is
