Phishing scam call.
To mislead them, respond as though you are the person they are attempting to contact. That way they are misled, and they will spend needless time and money trying to get more details. So, when they start the conversation with "Judith ???", just say "yes", and carry on the conversation.
The guy is so obviously disguising his voice. Mislead them , as you suggest ... that's a good one. It should result in them spending hours and hours going in the wrong direction .
