I received a call from Barry from acm group, he said he is a section manager! He told me that if my debt is not paid by Friday 4pm he will bankrupt me and my house could be taken from me. I am actually a cancer patient and I told him many times what I’m going through, I said I am receiving Centrelink payments to cover my treatments but he didn’t care. He just spoke over the top of me and kept giving me deadlines. What a joke, he isn’t human and has no heart. I can’t believe that company has employed him as a “section manager”. If I was working for this low life I would of spat at him and left. He is the most disrespectful male person I have ever spoken to in my life. Just because he is Lebanese and thinks he is tough doesn’t mean he can treat people like this. Everyone reads how bad acm group has treated all their debtors maybe they need to close up shop because times are changing. All I have asked is to be understood but he just wants money so he can go home feeling accomplished
