Indian guy gave me a call saying he was from the "reclaims department of the Australian Federal Government" and that I'd made excess utility payments. Therefore, I was owed over $5000! I just had to pay a small legal fee first for the cheque to be authorised. AMATEURS! Hope NOBODY falls for this!
