I checked the Kindness Project Facebook page, and they do not engage in cold calling. It's undoubtedly a scam; avoid answering or providing any financial information, including card numbers.

Responded to a call with a recorded voice identifying as "Christy from MyCharity Survey." Quickly ended the call and received a repeat call with the same recording the following day.
